Conveniently located near Interstates 71, 75, and 275, Rolling Knolls is a short distance away from the many amenities and attractions that Cincinnati has to offer while maintaining a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood setting.
Membership in the Rolling Knolls Homeowners Association is
voluntary
with annual dues for 2008 set at $35.
Windwood Swim and Tennis Club is run separately and you do not have to live in this neighborhood to become a member of the pool. Membership to the pool is required for use of the pool and tennis facilities.
